Job Summary
Receptionist role at Parkdean Resorts within the Guest Experience team; responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling enquiries face-to-face/phone/email, assisting with bookings/check-ins/check-outs, promoting services to enhance revenue, maintaining admin tasks (bookings, arrivals, departures, cash reconciliation, filing), and liaising with park teams to resolve issues; requires customer-service focus, hospitality/guest-facing experience, strong communication, IT proficiency with booking/administrative systems, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a receptionist, guest experience or customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills - ideally gained in hospitality, leisure or tourism.
- Confidence communicating clearly and calmly in all situations.
- Excellent IT skills with experience using booking and administrative systems.
