Holiday Sales - Owner and Guest Experience Advisor - HS1

Greet owners and guests with a smile, ensuring a smooth and friendly check-in experience. Provide guests and owners with information about the park, entertainment, and local attractions, in person or over the phone. Support and assist with owner and guest requests and feedback, resolving issues promptly. Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, cash reconciliation, arrivals, and filing. Assist in delivering memorable events for both owners and guests. This seasonal hourly role requires the ability to work weekends.
