Job Summary
Install permanent lighting systems for residential and commercial properties, troubleshoot and repair lighting, maintain tools/equipment safely, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction. Work in outdoor, fast-paced environments, collaborating with a team to complete projects on time. Requires attention to detail, basic electrical/handyman skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort with heights, and flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends during peak seasons. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time; on-the-job training provided. Leads with safety and quality craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related field preferred
- Comfortable with using power tools
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons if needed
