Job Summary
Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting and decorations for residential and commercial properties. Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to reach high places; ensure electrical connections meet industry standards; troubleshoot and repair lighting issues; communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences; provide exceptional customer service; work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time; follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents; flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends during the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in lighting installation, electrical work, or related field preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season
