Job Summary
Direct and lead the operations of the Island Holiday Homes Lettings team, appraising rental properties and arranging viewing appointments to secure lets. Deliver excellent customer care while meeting and exceeding business targets. Carry out morning meetings and monthly staff reviews, manage overall team success, and drive staff training and development. Work in accordance with all legal obligations. Schedule includes Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm (day in lieu) and on-call for emergencies. Required Qualifications
- Team management experience

- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed

- Strong organisational skills
- Be responsive to change
- A full UK driving license
