Job Summary
Oversee multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area, managing vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and learning and development. Prepare each location for timely openings by completing hiring, inventories, equipment setup, staff training, and bank deposit procedures. Recruit and train qualified Local Managers, assist with onboarding, and support teams in applying upselling techniques to meet sales goals. Conduct site visits, analyze sales reports, and implement plans to drive business results while maintaining positive vendor and mall manager partnerships. Respond to all business communications timely, verify daily bank deposits, and ensure season-end breakdowns and equipment securing. Work a minimum of 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to travel including overnights as required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided)
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during 'peak' retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel including overnights, if required
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
