Job Summary
Oversee multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area by managing vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, and scheduling. Recruit and train qualified Local Managers, assist with hiring and onboarding, and help them apply upselling techniques to meet sales goals. Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and reports, and implement plans to drive operation excellence while partnering with Regional Managers to establish opening dates and special events. Prepare each location for timely openings by completing hiring, inventories, equipment setup, and staff training, then verify daily bank deposits and ensure accurate weekly reporting. Manage budgeted staff hours, oversee inventory and supplies, and conduct scheduled season-end breakdowns to secure equipment and prepare post-season synopses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Professional attire and good hygiene
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel including overnights, if required
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
