Job Summary
Oversee multiple retail locations within a designated geographic area by managing vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, and learning and development. Prepare each location for timely openings through hiring, inventory setup, staff training, and bank deposit procedures while recruiting and training qualified Local Managers. Conduct site visits to analyze sales activity and reports, implement operational plans, and partner with mall managers to ensure seamless guest service and profitability. Manage district-wide staffing requirements, support Local Managers in meeting sales goals, and ensure accurate weekly reporting on scheduling and timecards. Participate in weekly team conference calls and respond to business communications within a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided)
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Professional attire and good hygiene
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during 'peak' retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel including overnights, if required
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
