Job Summary
Adhere to holiday design production schedules, including nights and weekends, while ensuring lights function correctly and decorating trees, garlands, and wreaths according to supervisor instructions. Receive inventory, label items, and organize warehouse storage throughout the year to prepare for the holiday season. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by conducting health and safety audits, updating procedures, and complying with all regulatory requirements. Move product, stand for long periods, and bend or lift as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to work inside and outside the warehouse dependent on business needs
- Must be able to lift holiday product
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to move holiday product
- Must be available for nights and weekends when required
- Must comply with all Health and Safety requirements
- Must attend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessions
- Must ensure written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available
- Must include any potential health and safety risk in site specific areas
- Must attend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessions
- Must agree to receive initial texts from systems used on behalf of Rentokil North America, Inc., possibly including Workday, Loop, and HireVue
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in holiday design or equivalent preferred
