Job Summary
Coordinate all Special Events and Leisure Experience activities, including ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, and SummerFest. Check operational status for lighting, AV, and cleanliness, then correct aesthetic deficiencies. Follow training guidelines to support the Special Events Manager and assist with employee training. Learn and operate event software systems for ticketing, retail, inventory, and space usage. Resolve financial, inventory, and numeric discrepancies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional communication. Identify new ideas to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
Desired Qualifications
- No supervisory experience
