Job Summary
Deliver sessions including Multi-Sports, Performing Arts, Swimming, Soft Play, Team Games, Esports, and Arts n Crafts to children aged 5–12 at Wycombe Leisure Centre during holiday Fun Weeks. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment while following our coaching philosophy of Fun, Inclusive & Educational activities. Challenge and engage individual children appropriately, manage first aid or emergency situations, and liaise approachably with parents and teachers. Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to high-standard delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
- Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and coaching ability
- Punctual, Reliable & Committed
- Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents
- Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University
- Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification
- Level 1 (or above) Sports coaching qualification
Desired Qualifications
- Clean UK driver's license
- Experience in working in a childcare setting
- Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as: Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports
