Job Summary

Deliver sessions to primary-aged children aged 5–12 during holiday Fun Weeks, covering activities such as Multi-Sports, Performing Arts, Swimming, Esports, and Arts & Crafts. Create a positive, inclusive learning environment while following our philosophy of ensuring every activity is fun, educational, and challenging. Manage daily programmes with high standards, adapt to individual child needs, and liaise approachably with parents and teachers. Handle any first aid or emergency situations that arise. This role supports Let's Play's national childcare mission to provide outstanding holiday camps across the South East, Sheffield, Bristol, and The Midlands.

Required Qualifications

  • Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and coaching ability
  • Punctual, Reliable & Committed
  • Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents

Desired Qualifications

  • Clean UK driver's license
  • Experience in working in a childcare setting
  • Experience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as: Arts n Crafts, Multi-Sports
  • Completed appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University
  • Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification
  • Level 1 (or above) Sports coaching qualification
