Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team in your high street store to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere where employees express individuality through fashion. You will be fully accountable for store performance, working alongside your Territory Leader to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales. Manage inventory, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently while fostering a supportive environment. This role requires previous store or deputy management experience, a track record of exceeding KPIs, and strong commercial acumen.
