Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator for the Risk & Regulatory Practice providing support including document production, Excel/PowerPoint/Word tasks, travel and expense processing, conference material preparation, onboarding activities, and IT/office support. Responsibilities include producing and proofreading documents, coordinating travel, handling accounts payable entries, preparing ad hoc management reports, organizing training and conferences, assisting with new hire orientation, reserving meeting space, maintaining mailing lists, and supporting Partners with administrative requests. Requires strong attention to detail, MS Office proficiency (especially Word and PowerPoint), excellent writing and proofreading, organizational initiative, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. The role offers growth opportunities and sits in a primarily in-office environment in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient to Expert user in Word and PowerPoint
- Strong writing and proofreading abilities with emphasis on accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and follow through to resolve issues
- Organized self-starter, motivated, and results-oriented
- Effective written and verbal communication with clients and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
