Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales targets, manage visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control while ensuring OH&S compliance. Lead a high-performing team through coaching, succession planning, and roster management, driving performance across all store areas. Champion a positive culture, build community relationships via sporting partnerships, and execute brand activations. Monitor weekly, monthly, and annual metrics to meet growth goals. Express interest in this full-time role (38 hrs Tue–Sat/SM & Sun–Thu ASM) at HOKA Melbourne CBD.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- A 'Make it Happen' attitude and love for leading from the front
- A track record of inspiring and growing high-performing teams
- Strong operational skills in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock control
- The ability to think strategically and turn challenges into opportunities
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships
- 38 hrs Tuesday – Saturday (SM) & Sunday - Thursday (ASM)
