Job Summary
Operate and maintain hoisting machinery to transport employees to various floors, perform daily pre/post inspections of hoist, assist with light general labor, manage deliveries and keep hoist area clean, troubleshoot hoist gate contacts and issues, and coordinate with the foreperson. Must wear required PPE and adhere to WSBC safety protocols; role may involve replacing hoist loading deck safety handrails and other duties as assigned. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; on-site reporting to Site Superintendent.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a valid Hoist Ticket
- Able to perform well in high-demand situations
- Hard hat, vest and steel-toe boots required.
