Job Summary
The HOH Shift Supervisor leads the HOH team in day-to-day operations without salaried management duties, upholding DRG’s policies, procedures, and safety standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities include training-oriented support to staff, ensuring correct cleaning and food handling procedures, maintaining health and safety compliance, adhering to standard recipes and portion controls to minimize costs, assisting management in achieving budgets and goals, demonstrating strong policy/procedure knowledge and food quality awareness, reporting misconduct to GM/DO/HR, completing shift checklists, monitoring food costs and labor productivity, supervising team members to ensure items meet recipe standards and temperatures, evaluating product quality against DRG standards, enforcing opening/closing procedures, and exemplifying DRG values. Essential focus areas include training, food safety, recipe adherence, cost control, quality assurance, and team leadership to maintain a high-standard guest experience.
