Job Summary
As a Line Cook at Phil's BBQ, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot food products, as well as determining portion sizes before cooking. This role focuses on final plate preparation, which includes plating, garnishing cooked items, and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items.
