Job Summary
Lead by example to provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to all employees under your direction, including recruitment, selection, and orientation. Manage workforce planning, evaluate individual performance against production targets, and create an environment where staff are motivated to achieve company objectives. Accountable for implementing the CPC Quality Assurance Program, Food Safety, and Animal Welfare policies while maintaining compliance with OHS procedures and ensuring a safe working environment. Report on purchasing variances, develop corrective action plans, and manage inventory levels. Implement routine maintenance programs, identify mechanical issues, and review data reporting to transact and look for efficiencies. Work in all production areas as required and collaborate with Team Leads to prioritize workload. Identify mechanical issues and recommend solutions to maximize equipment performance. A minimum of two years of experience in swine production and leadership is required, along with a valid driver's license and computer knowledge.

- Excellent knowledge of hog production
