Deliver parts and load vehicles per dispatch instructions; check parts against invoices and report discrepancies; collect payments and ensure checks are filled out; reconcile credits by matching invoice numbers; follow motor vehicle safety requirements and maintain a clean driving record; log mileage and fuel; inspect vehicle for damage and report to dispatcher; lift at least 50 pounds and perform routines like washing the van and upkeep; maintain vehicle maintenance awareness and communicate with customers to promote a positive image of the company; adapt to change with a customer-centric mindset; effective oral and written communication with teammates and customers.
