Job Summary
Lead the engineering discipline team of 15 to 20 people at Thales LAS France, defining objectives, providing coaching, and managing professional development. Deploy system engineering practices and tools to ensure maturity and stability across the engineering lifecycle, while managing critical expertise and knowledge capitalization. Pilot the deployment and support of engineering environments for the E2T&P organization, contributing to the LEWIS modernization project. Ensure all aspects of the discipline are mastered, maintain stability throughout the activity cycle, and alert management to significant difficulties. Evaluate offers and projects to reduce technical and engineering risks.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur (Electronique, Aéronautique / Spatial, Informatique...) ou d'un parcours universitaire avec un Master 2 (BAC +5)
- Expérience dans l'animation d'une équipe d'ingénierie (15 à 20 personnes)
- Capacité à engager et d'influencer un ensemble diversifié de parties prenantes pour faire avancer les choses
- Efficacité dans une organisation matricielle
- Capacité à encourager un fonctionnement collaboratif
- Procédure d'habilitation au secret de la défense nationale
