Lead the hierarchical management of engineering environment support teams within Thales LAS France, defining objectives, providing coaching, and driving professional development for personnel. Deploy system engineering practices and tools to achieve required maturity while ensuring all aspects of the discipline remain stable throughout activity lifecycles. Manage competency strategies to identify critical expertise, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to peer evaluations of offers and projects to mitigate technical risks. Pilot the availability and support of engineering environments across the business line, maintaining alignment with group strategy and the LEWIS modernization project. Report significant difficulties to senior leadership and ensure mastery of all job facets.
