HoD Projects Delivery: Telecom Equipments ( F/H)

Head of Discipline Projects Delivery Equipments Telecom at Thales, Toulouse, responsible for leading an ~20-person team of project managers in charge of a portfolio of RF and NUMERIQUE hardware projects for telecom programs (civil or military). Oversees cost, schedule, performance, and quality, ensures adherence to the project-management framework, and interfaces with the Bids & Projects Delivery Director and Telecom Business Line management. Key duties include managing resource alignment and active personnel planning, coaching and developing project managers, enforcing the métier reference framework and best practices, driving improvement plans and multi-project dashboards, negotiating with internal/external clients, developing teams (training, development), managing salary policy within budgets, coordinating with HoD CCHEF on resource needs, updating risk/opportunity analyses and monthly risk reviews, defining and driving continuous improvement actions, and collaborating with other Thales domains and sites. The role requires leadership, strong client orientation, and execution discipline. The position may require security habilitation per defense regulations.
