Job Summary
Manage all aspects of daily hockey operations, including leading on-ice clinics, camps, and practices while coordinating volunteer and paid coaches. Serve as the primary liaison for program participants and USA Hockey, resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Schedule referees and scorekeepers for all games, maintain written correspondence, and oversee timecards for assigned employees. Act as a member of the DSMHL or SSHL Committee to manage finalized responsibilities. Requires high-level ice hockey experience, ability to work nights and weekends, and direct facility communication.
Required Qualifications
- High level of ice hockey playing and coaching experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
