Job Summary
Lead daily hockey operations by serving as the in-house lead for all on-ice clinics, camps, training programs, and practices. Manage written and verbal correspondence with participants, seek and hire volunteer and paid coaches, and coordinate scorekeepers and referees. Resolve customer questions and complaints, act as the liaison between program participants and USA Hockey, and manage timecards. Serve as a member of the DSMHL or SSHL Committee. Requires ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Required Qualifications
- High level of ice hockey playing and coaching experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
