Job Summary
Foreman role leading a 1-4 person crew in commercial landscape maintenance across multiple company locations. Responsibilities include mowing, blowing, weeding, general cleanup, and operation/maintenance of landscape equipment (leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, etc.). Requires 3+ years in landscape maintenance with at least 1 year of crew leadership; strong communication with employees and onsite contacts; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance
- 1 year of crew leader experience
- Ability to manage, communicate effectively with employees and onsite contacts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Valid, insurable driver’s license and 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate client properties with equipment
- Experience leading a maintenance route
