Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC while leading all day-to-day operations to ensure an elevated resident experience. Oversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, preparing the annual budget for Board presentation. Conduct regular property inspections, manage vendor relationships and contracts, lead the bidding process for third-party services, and supervise on-site staff. Ensure compliance with governing documents, oversee community meetings and elections, and respond to emergencies with required 24/7 on-call support. This solo operation requires a strategic leader with CMCA certification and three years of HOA or multifamily GM experience to deliver exceptional service at this premier condominium community.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be open and adaptable
- Must be a highly proactive individual
- High school diploma required
- Must be available for on-call duty 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions
- Must be available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be a solo operator (implied by 'solo operation' requirement for this role)
Desired Qualifications
- CMCA certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership
- Proven experience working with Boards of Directors and residential communities
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statements
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practices
