Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC while leading all day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless resident experience. Oversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, preparing the annual budget for Board review. Conduct regular property inspections, manage vendor relationships, lead bidding processes, and supervise on-site staff. Ensure compliance with governing documents, oversee community meetings and elections, and respond to emergencies with required 24/7 on-call support. This solo operation requires a strategic leader with CMCA certification and three years of HOA management experience to deliver exceptional service at this premier East Denver condominium.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Open and adaptable
- Highly proactive
- Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership
- Proven experience working with Boards of Directors and residential communities
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statements
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practices
- High school diploma
- Availability for on-call duty 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions
- Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
