Job Summary
Oversee the entire homeowner association under the Board of Directors, managing office staff, vendors, and suppliers to attain established goals. Direct all office operations, including scheduling, hiring, training, and terminating employees while conducting annual performance appraisals. Lead budgeting efforts by analyzing operating and reserve trends, justifying variances, and monitoring accounts to identify seasonal adjustments. Manage procurement by vetting qualified vendors across carpentry, electrical, landscaping, and plumbing, and draft specifications for Requests for Proposal. Ensure adequate insurance coverage, review financial statements, approve invoices, and monitor delinquent member accounts. Review maintenance plans, assess property conditions, and resolve contractor issues to address unsafe practices. Available for Board meetings after regular business hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of community association and/or property management experience
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Intermediate mathematics
