Manages a portfolio of community associations; provides excellent customer service while interacting with homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors; maintains client satisfaction and account retention; prepares association newsletters and communications; leads and consults with clients on best practices for management and oversight; manages and runs board meetings on a monthly/quarterly/annual cadence; collaborates with boards, vendors, and homeowners; creates budgets and manages financials; participates in emergency afterhours phone program; adheres to company policies and core values; supports ongoing education and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • CMCA Certification(s) a plus
  • 1-4 years of experience in HOA management
  • 2-3 years in customer service
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
