Job Summary
Product Manager responsible for meeting Debit Card linked Fees Target by monitoring the overall fee income achievements and identifying process gaps in the charging ecosystem to plug leaks; monitor pricing strategies, benchmark with global best practices, identify initiatives to reduce reversals, ensure reasonable of fees; manage complaint handling and drive improvements to fee application processes; automate manual processes related to fees calculation; create tools/dashboards to track fees/anomalies; ensure 100% and timely closure of audit/compliance points per RBI guidelines. Requires 2-3 years of experience in managing P&L and handling charge matrix; knowledge of Xelerate/TBMS and MS Excel. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
