Job Summary
HNW Lending Product Support Associate提供对Private Bankers、Financial Advisors与Service Professionals的卓越客户服务与支持;与销售及其他内部伙伴紧密协作,确保复杂交易的及时升级,按需准备银行参考信与意向书,审核SBL账户的授权代理(Power of Attorney),并负责SBL培训材料的开发与呈现,向产品经理反馈潜在改进点并使用数据创建管理层所需的报告及演示材料,支持多项项目与运营报告工作。具备出色的口头与书面沟通能力、强烈的客户服务意识、问题解决能力、条理清晰、具备Excel/PowerPoint等工具熟练度,Tableau/Access/SharePoint技能为加分项。要求具备至少2年银行/金融行业经验并拥有BA/BS学位。
