Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention while maintaining merchandising and operational standards. Be accountable for financial objectives and build diverse teams that foster inclusiveness and belonging. Resolve customer inquiries resourcefully and deliver positive service experiences. Move up to 50lbs with constant mobility for entire shifts, working a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Complete a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
