Job Summary
Conduct video remote interpreting for Hmong-English language pairs across customer service and social services Tier 1 calls. Manage prescheduled sessions with consistent minute volume while maintaining strong command of both languages. Maintain reliable internet and a quiet workspace to support global remote work from anywhere. Submit resume, per minute rate, and cancellation policy to mariana.sosa@biglanguage.com. This contract position offers flexible scheduling and joins an established global team of interpreters.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience as a Medical Interpreter
- Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services)
- Availability to take prescheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume
- Strong command of both Hmong and English
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace
- Contract position
