Job Summary
HMO & Lettings Manager role overseeing two housing sites (Eastbourne and Hastings) with hands-on operational management, resident welfare, compliance, and team leadership. You’ll manage tenancy operations, coordinate repairs and inspections, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and lead onsite teams including reception, maintenance, housekeeping, and night staff while collaborating with residents, authorities, and external agencies.
Required Qualifications
