HMI and SCADA Software Engineer

Job Summary
HMI/SCADA Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern HMI/SCADA software across front-end and back-end components using modern web technologies. Architect highly available, secure, and maintainable solutions; create reusable templates and scripts for customization; work within SCRUM/agile processes; collaborate with product management and end users; provide troubleshooting and remote field support; maintain technical documentation and user manuals; and plan software validation with validation engineers. Fluent in English and Hungarian; experience with HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, React/Angular, .NET C#, Linux, Docker, CI/CD, GIT, and Azure DevOps; located in Budapest with a Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters degree in computing science, informatics, mechatronic or electrical engineering or equivalent
- Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills (written and spoken); German or another language is a plus
- Experience and strong interest in WEB development (HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, React or AngularJS) or .NET C#
- Basic knowledge in Linux, Docker, CI/CD, agile development, GIT, Azure DevOps
- Basic knowledge in SQL or Influx database design
