Job Summary
Internship in Improvement & Performance Management focusing on applying Lean and right-first-time principles to drive business excellence. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the improvement referential, and leading the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business. This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for Airbus’ success, reputation and sustainable growth. The program engages with LBIP+ methods and tools and emphasizes quality fundamentals through practical application and support for successful candidate journey in aerospace, defence, and connected services.
