Job Summary
Lead business development for the Armed Violence Reduction Division by managing proposal coordination, technical assistance offers, and donor relations. Conduct strategic scanning of donor priorities and sector trends to translate insights into actionable recommendations, while monitoring CRM data quality and producing divisional dashboards. Act as the control tower for project opportunities across the organization, animating the sectorial funnel in collaboration with country teams and IF groups. Represent the division to key donors, produce communication materials, and coordinate participation in major events such as the UN National Mine Action Director's Meeting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in international development or similar
- Results-Based Project Management training
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the humanitarian sector
- Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, business development, consortium management, and donor relations
- Experience with Humanitarian Mine Action
- Experience on data management and monitoring tools
- Excellent command of English is mandatory
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in strategic planning or organizational development is desirable
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable
