HLW AWP Manager

Bechtel is seeking a senior-level 4D / Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Manager for the HLW project at the Hanford Site. This role leads the 4D scheduling and AWP program, directing a team of AWP coordinators to prioritize and delegate activities, and is accountable for AWP performance. Responsibilities include creating 4D iModels, chairing planning area meetings, providing field-facing model views of design, material, and installation status, developing the AWP Execution Plan, scoping and sequencing Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs), coordinating readiness reviews, transitioning HLW to AWP, coordinating cross-functional model reviews, and ensuring alignment with construction execution, testing, startup priorities, and project earnings curves. The position requires coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Startup, and Project Controls, and delivering clear communications and reports to project management and client personnel. Education and experience requirements call for 8-14 years in relevant roles and a degree (bachelor’s or master’s). The role is based at the construction site near Richland, WA, with a 4x10 schedule and potential for weekend/night shifts. The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and able to obtain a DOE badge. Relocation to support project needs is authorized.
