HKHS GSA Advisor

GSA Advisor at Haddam Killingworth High School under the Non-Athletic Co-Curricular Coordinator. Responsible for helping students create a safe space for all. Responsibilities include regular meetings, consistent communication and collaboration with community agencies/programs focused on prevention and positive youth development, individual conferences with students, and overseeing prevention campaigns developed by students (e.g., mock car crash, dead day, red ribbon campaign). Must adhere to BOE and co-curricular policies/regulations; contract position for the school year with weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
