HKHS Drama Club Advisor

Direct and mount a drama production for the CDA competition; supervise rehearsals and field trips; ensure all plays comply with BOE policies and maintain appropriate content; submit proposed script and budget for approval; oversee set-building Saturdays and bring productions to the CDA festival, with opportunities for seniors to develop directing projects and present at HK audiences; lead weekly drama meetings and coordinate monologue and community participation; organize travel arrangements for CDA and field trips; select and direct dramas or comedies engaging a large student group.
