Job Summary
Hotel Room Attendant for Grand Casinos in Hinckley, MN. Responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel floors, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, linen management, restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Duties include linen handling, trash removal, stocking carts, assisting with laundry, and following all policies. Requires physical ability to perform tasks for up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexibly during peak hours. Must be able to obtain a Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA) license; Mille Lacs Band Member/American Indian preference exercised in hiring. Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and guest-service orientation are essential.
