Job Summary
Supervise licensed social workers and program support staff while reviewing client-level data reports and progress toward Ryan White work plan goals. Master CAREWare operations, serve as backup for EMR imports and state uploads, and audit electronic charts for updated eligibility, assessments, and referrals. Monitor viral load suppression, co-morbid clients with substance use and mental health disorders, and ensure compliance with treatment and care plans. Verify new intakes, referrals, and transfers to Non-Medical Case Management, and provide backup psychotherapy or facilitate HIV group sessions as needed. Develop annual Quality Management Plans, oversee PDSA cycles, revise policies and workflows, and complete performance appraisals for clinical and support staff. Participate in recruitment, grantor meetings, and outreach partner development to build referral relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work with an LCSW-C licensure and supervisor certification
- Four years' experience working in a social service environment
- one year in an administrative or supervisory capacity
- Relevant experience and sensitivity to HIV/AIDS
- An awareness of Ryan White standards of care and clinical quality management practices
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications – specifically Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
