Job Summary
Implement HIV prevention services under the direction of the CTR Program Manager, conducting community-based outreach, education, and organizing activities related to HIV prevention, reproductive health and human sexuality. Provide HIV pre- and post-test counseling, facilitate Evidence Based Interventions (EBIs), coordinate HIV testing with clinic staff, perform HIV testing, and document Progress Notes in Electronic Health Records.
