Job Summary
Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles while understanding and explaining U-Haul's variety of towing packages. Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain a good driving record
- Basic wiring experience
- Hand tool experience
- Power tool experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work around moving parts
- Ability to work around machines
- Ability to work around fumes
- Ability to work around irritating chemicals
- Ability to use protective clothing
- Ability to use protective gear such as masks
- Ability to use protective gear such as goggles
- Ability to use protective gear such as gloves
- Ability to use protective gear such as shields
- Ability to work in long periods indoors
- Ability to work in long periods outdoors
- Ability to remain stationery
- Ability to traverse spaces
- Ability to reposition to reach and use tools
- Ability to move objects assisted or unassisted
