Install and explain U-Haul’s tow packages for customer vehicles; recommend and install the right tow package; provide exceptional customer service; participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University; adhere to safety and equipment standards; perform tasks in a retail moving and storage center environment; lift and handle equipment and perform basic electrical/tool work as part of hitch service responsibilities.
