Job Summary
Histotech needed in Lansing, MI (part-time) with a dermatology practice. Responsibilities include processing, embedding, cutting, staining and coverslipping of specimens, accessioning specimens with team members, performing special stains, quality control, and adherence to departmental protocols. Must have ASCP HT certification or registry eligible and a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in embedding, cutting, staining, special stains, and troubleshooting. Prolonged sitting and repetitive hand/arm motions are required; lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally. Team-oriented with reliable attendance. In-person role based in Lansing, MI.
Required Qualifications
