Job Summary
Perform study setup and maintenance within laboratory systems, including PSI loading and study modifications. Review study documentation to ensure accurate system configuration and conduct quality control checks prior to implementation. Maintain study-related documentation and trackers to ensure traceability and compliance. Support the management of study amendments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve setup issues and discrepancies. Investigate system configuration problems and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to applicable SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in laboratory operations, study setup, project coordination, pathology services, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with process-driven documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management tools
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive timely resolution
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong customer service approach and collaborative working style
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with pathology or histology workflows
- Familiarity with laboratory systems such as Envision, Zavacor, LIMS, or related platforms
- Experience managing study amendments, document control, or operational change management processes
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), quality systems, or regulated laboratory environments
