Histology Laboratory Supervisor

Adhere to technical and scientific standards while serving as a clinical resource and coordinating quality activities. Design team member schedules and assignments to ensure timely work completion, staff safety, and efficient section operations. Assist in developing budget targets and maintain professional development to contribute to organizational effectiveness. Oversee the Histology Laboratory, ensuring key deliverables and quality standards are met, resolving challenges, and tracking performance. Provide training to team members and ensure initial, semiannual, and annual competencies are completed. Manage and track performance, assist with time management and scheduling, and escalate issues to senior leaders as needed.
