Job Summary
Lead clinical laboratory sections within Vanderbilt's Diagnostic Laboratories, overseeing staff, operating budgets, and quality measures. Manages laboratory supervisors, defines clinical performance standards, and ensures optimal patient care through program development, budgeting, payroll oversight, and performance appraisals. Requires a Bachelor's degree and Tennessee-licensed medical laboratory supervisor certification with at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience. Demonstrates expertise in clinical practice, quality management, operations planning, compliance, and people management to deliver high-quality laboratory services.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
